Pool Keycard Request
Each home in The Vintage is assigned one keycard for the community pool. Use this page to request your first keycard or a replacement.
Fees and how it works
Keycard fees are paid through your TownSq account. Online card payment directly on this page is coming soon.

First keycard
If your address has never been issued a pool keycard, there is no charge. Submit the request form and we will contact you to arrange pickup.
$50
Replacement keycard
Lost, damaged, or not transferred by the previous owner. A $50 replacement fee applies and the old card is deactivated.
- Fill out the request form on this page with your name, email, and property address.
- If you need a replacement, pay the $50 fee on your TownSq account. New keycards are free.
- We will email you when your keycard is ready and let you know how to pick it up.

Requests go to the HOA pool team. Please use the address of the home in The Vintage, not a mailing address.
